Job Description Creative Operations Manager As a Creative Operations Manager, you will lead the executional engine behind digital media campaigns—ensuring assets are delivered on time, on spec, and aligned with strategy. You’ll partner closely with internal media and investment teams, creative agencies, clients, and media vendors to drive seamless creative delivery. This role is critical in improving collaboration, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the right creative goes live at the right time.

You’ll serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders—bridging media, marketing, and creative—and will proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect launch timelines or asset quality. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love building process that unlocks scale, this role is for you.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee end-to-end creative delivery across all campaign types and formats (video, display, custom content, social, etc.).
  • Translate media plans and partner specs into actionable timelines and creative deliverables.
  • Lead creative kickoff and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform initial QA of delivered creative assets to confirm that all expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length).
  • Maintain ongoing communication with investment, strategy, and client teams to stay ahead of plan updates and creative changes.
  • Build and enforce internal creative workflows, timelines, and documentation standards.
  • Manage custom program development, including production timelines and routing of assets between client, creative agencies, and media partner.
  • Proactively identify and resolve creative blockers to prevent launch delays.

Desired Qualifications If you have the skills and experience described below and you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment that runs on adaptability, open communication, creative problem-solving (and fun), we want to meet you!

  • 3+ years in creative operations, campaign management, or a related role in media, advertising, or marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously—strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional timelines and creative workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concepts.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels
  • Basic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or Studio is a plus
  • Knowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of undergraduate studies in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
