Rispri Labs is hiring a CSR leader to build and run our CSR vertical, from strategy and programme design to partnerships, delivery and impact reporting.

About Rispri Labs

Rispri Labs is a new-age water infrastructure company. We help industries, institutions and communities move toward a circular water economy. Rispri is backed by Ram Chemical Enterprises (Est. 1999), our engineering and technology partner. We are now establishing a dedicated CSR vertical, and this role will build it.

The role

You will set up our CSR vertical from the ground up. That means defining what we do, designing the programmes, building the partner and funding base, and putting the systems in place to deliver and measure impact. You will be the first person in this function and will build the team around you as it grows.

What you will do

• Define the strategy, focus areas and operating model for the CSR vertical.
• Design CSR programmes with clear scope, budgets, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, government bodies and implementation partners.
• Write proposals, concept notes and partnership decks, and lead negotiations through to signed agreements.
• Oversee delivery on the ground, including partner selection, monitoring and quality control.
• Set up impact measurement, MIS and reporting that meet donor and Schedule VII (Companies Act) expectations.
• Own the budget and P&L for the vertical.
• Hire and lead the CSR team as the vertical scales.

Who we are looking for

Must have

• 8 or more years in CSR, social impact, development programmes, ESG or sustainability, with experience designing and running programmes, not only supporting them.
• Experience building or scaling a programme, practice or function, ideally from an early stage.
• A track record of securing funding or partnerships from corporates, foundations or institutional donors.
• Working knowledge of CSR regulation, compliance and reporting in India.
• Strong writing, presentation, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Strong advantage

• Experience with early-childhood learning or child development initiatives, including international programmes.
• Experience with water, sanitation, environment or community development programmes.
• Experience working with NGOs, multilateral agencies or global development organisations.

Compensation

Competitive and based on experience, with a performance-linked component tied to the vertical’s growth and delivery. Details are shared during the conversation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
