Position Overview The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are seeking an experienced, hands-on Culinary & Operations Manager to lead culinary production for baseball games and major stadium events while supporting premium hospitality experiences. This role oversees kitchen operations, production scheduling, food quality, inventory, food safety, and staff supervision. During the offseason, the manager supports event planning, menu development, training, administrative functions, and preparation for the next season.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and production for game days, press meals, catered functions, and special events; meet all service timelines.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support kitchen staff; maintain food quality, portion control, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Plan daily game-day press meals with consistent quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory, product rotation, receiving, ordering needs, food costs, and waste; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with concessions, warehouse, and hospitality teams to ensure timely product availability and efficient service.
• Assist with premium hospitality and catered event execution, including setup, staff oversight, service, and breakdown.
• Partner with the Food & Beverage Director on menu planning, recipe costing, operating procedures, and guest service improvements.
• Provides administrative support with scheduling, payroll, inventory, etc.
• Support offseason event sales, staff recruitment and training and operational planning
