As a senior individual contributor, you will leverage your expertise to manage complex operational activities, resolve issues, strengthen controls, and support the continued growth and transformation of our business.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in custody operations, securities processing, cash management, settlements, ETF-related operations and asset servicing to support clients, investigate issues, and deliver timely solutions.
Your Role
- Perform and oversee complex custody operations activities, including trade settlement, cash management, reconciliations, asset servicing, and related operational processes.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert and escalation point for operational issues, exceptions, and inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve operational breaks, process exceptions, and risk events while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, client onboarding activities, system enhancements, and operational transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Document procedures, support knowledge sharing, and provide guidance to colleagues across the organization.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities for new products, services, and technology solutions.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in custody operations, securities operations, fund administration, investment operations, or a similar environment within financial services.
- Strong operational expertise across trade settlement, cash processing, reconciliations, asset servicing, and operational controls.
- Solid understanding of the investment operations lifecycle, securities processing, corporate actions, and custody services.
- Experience participating in operational transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
- Experience investigating complex operational incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
