What they need
- To Plan, organize and control the day to day operation of the section and technical operations of the laboratory to meet customer requirements, in line with budgeted costs.
- Promptly provide desired technical support for automotive testing to commercial sectors as and when required.
- Handling of Technical Query from the client and Mktg. in consultation with Operation team
- Feasibility of TRF along with samples and its booking if feasible
- Follow-up against Time Plan as submitted by operation team.
- Responsible for customer feedback analysis and customer satisfaction
- To verify the compliance to the clause 7.8 of ISO /IEC 17025:2017 while reviewing the test reports.
- Authorize to sign the test reports after evaluating the test results and descriptions thoroughly.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets and company objectives while maintaining competence, integrity and quality in all its operations.
- Ensures compliance and support with applicable Safety laws, regulations, standards and guidelines relating to business operation
