Role & responsibilities
Primary responsibility will be to function as customer liaison between customer and techno legal teams . This position entails responsibilities in field operations and documentation.
Responsibilities include
Property inspection and report filing
Sales Support
Liaison with techno legal professionals w.r.t. paperwork
Coordination with work crews
Billings and accounts specific to projects
Preferred candidate profile
Must be Chennai resident
Graduation is a must
Should possess 2-wheeler and laptop
Ability to handle field operations
Exposure to accounting & customer centric responsibilities
Self-motivated individuals
Pleasant manners and persuasive skills
Should possess excellent English skills and must be proficient in MS Office
Age no bar
Exposure to construction dynamics will be an advantage
