Manager, Cybersecurity, Quantitative Risk - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity, Quantitative Risk to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will drive enterprise-wide cyber risk quantification efforts, turning complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that support executive decision-making. The position will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen risk visibility, inform control priorities, and improve the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture. It will also shape and maintain the methodologies, scoring approaches, and reporting tools used to measure exposure across the business.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,600 – $293,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber risk quantification initiatives across the enterprise
• Translate quantitative insights into strategic recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk-informed decision-making
• Develop and uphold risk assessment methodologies and scoring techniques
• Measure cyber risk exposure across multiple business dimensions
• Conduct scenario analyses and evaluate control effectiveness
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for executive insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a similar field
• 8+ years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or data analytics
• Proficiency in cyber risk assessments and control evaluations
• Experience developing risk models and quantitative reporting tools
