Job Purpose:

Own the domain strategy, design, governance, and performance of AlFursan's tier structure and member-benefit portfolio. The role converts the overall product strategy into clear propositions, qualification and renewal rules, differentiated benefits, experience standards, operating requirements, and measurable outcomes.

It protects the member promise by ensuring that tier and benefit products are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, consistently communicated and continuously improved.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own the design and ongoing evolution of tier qualification, renewal, downgrade, and status-recognition rules, including policy for tier challenges, status match, and exceptional handling.
• Design a differentiated, relevant, and financially sustainable benefit stack for each tier and priority segment, defining member value, eligibility, fulfilment model, and experience standard for every benefit.
• Build business cases covering take-up, utilization, unit cost, revenue protection, and retention impact, and track actual performance against assumptions.
• Translate the tier promise into member journeys, recognition moments and service standards across airport, lounge, cabin, contact center, disruption, and partner touchpoints.
• Translate policy and benefit design into precise business rules, requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead business UAT and product acceptance.
• Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness across operations, legal, finance, training, member communications and service providers.
• Own dashboards for tier movement, retention, benefit utilization, service fulfilment, cost, and member perception, and lead structured improvement plans for underperforming benefits and broken journeys.
• Ensure tier and benefit changes follow approved governance; protect against entitlement leakage, inconsistent exceptions, and misleading communication; escalate systemic failures.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, Product Management or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of nine years work experience with at least five of which are in a relevant function and five in supervisory roles
