Manager Data Entry (CDC Wang noi)

Establish and maintain Data Quality standards to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity across all data entry activities.

Lead internal audit processes to monitor compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Analyze and redesign business processes through process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization.

Maximize the utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital technologies to improve operational performance.

Collaborate with IT, WMS Super Users, and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on operational demand.

Manage labor costs, overtime, and departmental operating expenses within approved budgets.

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing and engaged team.

Develop and monitor individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure employees receive appropriate training in accordance with the established Training Matrix, including onboarding and continuous development programs.

Identify and develop high-potential employees through succession planning and talent development initiatives.
