We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join team. You will play a key role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns, managing programmatic ad buying, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end RPA projects using strict Waterfall methodology, managing project plans, critical path milestones, and phase-gate sign-offs.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (BAs, Developers, Solution Architects) to deliver core RPA artifacts including PDDs, SDDs, and UAT sign-offs.
• Lead executive stakeholder management by serving as the central point of contact, aligning competing business priorities, and translating technical updates into clear business value.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and change control using structured RAID logs to prevent scope creep.
• Facilitate seamless cross-departmental operations between business process owners, IT security, and automation infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Delivery Specialist managing enterprise IT software implementations.
• Deep practical background in Waterfall methodology, documentation standards, and formal milestone delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and the automation lifecycle.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
