Endpoint Management — Microsoft Intune

• Configuration architecture: Design and implement device configuration profiles using the settings catalog and ADMX-backed policy, establishing a coherent baseline rather than an accumulation of one-off settings.

Device Provisioning & Windows Autopilot

• Autopilot design: Assess the current build and provisioning process and design an Autopilot model covering user-driven, self-deploying, and pre-provisioning (white glove) scenarios as appropriate to the client's device supply chain.

Application Packaging & Delivery

• Packaging standard: Establish a repeatable Win32 application packaging standard covering .intunewin creation, install and uninstall logic, and consistent naming and versioning.

Windows Engineering & Update Management

• OS lifecycle: Own Windows 10 and Windows 11 lifecycle planning, including servicing timelines, feature update governance, and hardware readiness assessment.

Co-management & ConfigMgr Transition

• Co-management posture: Assess the current ConfigMgr estate and define a workload transition sequence with clear entry and exit criteria for each slider.

MacOS & Mobile Device Management

• Apple platform strategy: Provide technical direction on Apple Business Manager configuration, Automated Device Enrollment behaviour, and the practical realities of re-enrolling already-managed Macs.

Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platforms

• Microsoft Teams: Establish team provisioning templates, lifecycle and expiration policy, guest access rules, channel and shared channel strategy, and meeting and messaging policy baselines.

Active Directory & Hybrid Identity Foundations

• Directory foundations: Maintain working command of Active Directory Domain Services, organizational unit structure, Group Policy, and DNS as they relate to device management and provisioning.

Power Platform

• Environment governance: Provide guidance on environment strategy across development, test, and production, and on default environment controls.

Automation & Documentation

• Scripting: Set the standard for PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation — reusable, readable, error-handled scripts rather than one-off snippets.
