We are looking Manager - Development for our company. we are one of the leading steel casting foundry in Coimbatore India, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel and alloy steel castings for industrial valve and pump manufacturers worldwide.

Designation: Manager Development - Foundry

Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree: BE or ME preferred

Experience: 5+ Years of work experience

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Job | Day Shift

M / F / Any: Male candidate

Working Time: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: Rs. 40,000 PM to 60,000 PM

Job Description & Skills:

Lead new product development, casting process development, and simulation activities to meet customer, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Manage new product development from enquiry to production.
• Review drawings, specifications, and casting feasibility.
• Create and modify 3D models and casting designs using CAD software.
• Perform and interpret casting simulation for filling, solidification, shrinkage, and defect prediction.
• Develop patterns, cores, gating, and rising systems.
• Coordinate with Design, Foundry, Quality, Production, and Tool Room teams.
• Conduct trials, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize casting yield, quality, and development time.
• Prepare development reports and support customer technical discussions.
