  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, including 2+ years in management or team lead capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
  • Proven success implementing automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience managing Atlassian suite administration (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven DevOps concepts, observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana), and ML-assisted automation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, ITIL, and modern software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
