Manager - Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.

Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns end-to-end.

Drive quality leads and continuously improve CPL, conversion and ROI.

Plan and optimize campaign budgets, targeting, creatives and audience segments.

Monitor campaign performance through GA4, dashboards and analytics tools.

Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Coordinate with creative, content, sales and business teams to improve lead conversion.

Manage digital marketing agencies/vendors, wherever applicable.

Prepare regular MIS, campaign performance reports and ROI analysis.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms and emerging acquisition channels.

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is essential.

Proven experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.

Candidates from Healthcare, Hospital, Clinic, Hospitality, Education or other lead-driven service industries preferred.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with an understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS and ROI.

Should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Immediate joiners / candidates on short notice preferred.

Candidates who can take ownership and deliver measurable results, rather than only coordinate with agencies, will be preferred.
