Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital experiences across our client’s e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, creative teams, merchandising, technology, analytics, and agency partners to deliver high-impact digital content.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website content and optimization initiatives, from intake and prioritization through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including testing, analysis, and recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
• Support the scaling of personalization strategies and the client’s direct-to-consumer digital growth strategy.

Requirements

• Experience managing digital projects across e-commerce or direct-to-consumer platforms.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Knowledge of website content management, digital optimization, experimentation, and testing processes.
• Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including interpreting test results and performance insights.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver brand-aligned digital experiences that support business objectives.
