Manager – Digital Transformation & IT Security

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Security & Cyber Security

• Ensure secure storage, access, and handling of all institutional stake holders data.
• Implement and monitor firewalls, antivirus systems, intrusion detection systems, and regular security patches.
• Develop and enforce data security policies, access controls, and backup protocols.
• Conduct regular cyber security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Ensure compliance with IT Act, DPDP Act (India), and other regulatory standards.

2. ERP & Digital Systems Management

• Oversee implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems (Academic, Finance, HR, Examination, Library, LMS).
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP modules and third-party tools.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for upgrades, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and data integrity.

3. Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Plan scalability to support future growth (new programs, online courses, analytics).
• Maintain SLAs with vendors and service providers.

4. Paperless Campus & Digital Transformation

• Drive initiatives towards a paperless campus (digital admissions, digital approvals, e-files, e-signatures).
• Implement secure digital workflows for administration, academics, and governance.
• Promote use of digital tools for teaching, learning, assessments, and communication.
• Identify and eliminate redundant manual processes.

5. Stakeholder Data & Access Management

• Define role-based access for students, faculty, administrative staff, and management.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and availability of stakeholder data.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) systems.

6. IT Governance & Policy

• Develop IT policies related to data security, acceptable use, backups, and incident response.
• Create SOPs for IT operations, disaster recovery, and cyber incident handling.
• Prepare reports for management on IT risks, incidents, and improvements.

7. Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor IT staff and system administrators.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Train staff and faculty on cyber hygiene and digital best practices.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
