Manager Direct Tax - Manufacturing

We are looking for a Manager Direct Taxation to manage and oversee corporate direct tax compliances, tax assessments, litigation support and related taxation activities.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage Corporate Income Tax compliances, tax computation and advance tax.
• Handle Income Tax Return filing, Tax Audit and tax provisions.
• Manage TDS/TCS compliances and withholding tax matters.
• Handle Form 15CA/15CB and international tax/withholding tax requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and legal teams for scrutiny assessments, reassessments, appeals and tax litigation.
• Provide tax advisory and support on tax planning and applicability of tax provisions.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable Income Tax regulations.
• Support current and deferred tax calculations and other direct tax matters.

• Tax Litigation & Appeals
• International Tax & Withholding Tax
• Tax Planning & Advisory
• Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and applicable tax regulations
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with tax consultants, auditors and legal advisors
