About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused professional to join the Directors Office as an Executive Assistant. This role serves as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, supporting strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective execution of key business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with senior leadership across multiple business functions.

Roles & responsibilities :

• Partner closely with the Managing Director to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational excellence, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, reports, and meeting materials for leadership discussions.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Track organizational goals, action items, and strategic priorities while driving accountability across teams.
• Coordinate with business and functional leaders to facilitate seamless communication, collaboration, and execution.
• Build and maintain management dashboards that provide visibility into business performance, KPIs, and project status.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Support the MD in managing high-priority assignments, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
