Manager (Doctrine & Training)

What The Role Is You develop and review doctrine and training programmes for the peacetime support operations.

What You Will Be Working On

• Analyse Supply vocationalists' competency needs and align training curriculum with organisational objectives
• Develop and review guiding principles for operational and military task achievement
• Partner with Army Logistics Training Institute to design engaging, impactful training curricula for Supply vocationalists
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement data-driven improvements
• Manage training programme execution
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and alignment

Challenge(s)

• Staying abreast of competency development needs and training requirements for Supply Vocationalists
• Understanding Supply Formation's operations and military tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resource Management is preferred
• Stakeholder management skills
