Requirement:-

We are a Pune based Chartered Accountant Firm and we are looking for a self-driven Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in heading Direct as well as Indirect Tax team. We are looking forQualified Chartered Accountants with minimum 6+ Years of (post qualification) proven work experience in Compliances of GST, Direct Tax, Audits, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Notices & Replies.

Qualification & Experience: CA with 2+ years post qualification experience

Pay scale : 9-12lkh per annum

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will include but will not be limited to the following activities.

· Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e. Income Tax & GST.

· Appearing for Scrutiny Assessments & Appeals in Income Tax & GST along with review and preparation of replies to notices for Direct and Indirect Taxes.

· Head and manage the team leads and related workforce in lieu of work allocations and all kind of reviews.

· Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts. To undertake Stat Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, prepare Income Tax Returns and provide all services related to taxation and account matters of the clients of different sectors.

· Reviewing work & report of Team Managers/ Articles, visiting clients' place for meetings as and when required and coordinating with ROC & Registrar Office as per need.

· Review of Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Audit within the allowed time-frame. Prepare MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz fund management, Preparation of MIS for the Group of Companies, developing management reporting and dash boards besides MIS.

· Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.

· Preparing Chart of Advance Tax on Quarterly basis of all the clients & review of financial statements with respect to Advance Tax calculations.

Key Requirements:

· Qualification and Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant withMinimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience out of which at least three years in Chartered Accountant Firm having worked in the capacity of HOD handling (Indirect Tax) GST, Direct Tax & Audits (i.e Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits) and Notices. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of cash flow models, MIS and other reports are an added advantage.

· The candidate is expected to be conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST and other statutory laws.

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of Scrutiny Assessments, Appeals in Income Tax & GST and preparation of replies to notices, financial statements, corporate finance principles, and Indian taxation regulations. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Client Management: Ability to work independently and ability to handle Team Managers and clients effectively.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
