  • Traffic & Path-to-Purchase Initiatives: Identify opportunities to support online traffic and improve the path to purchase, including online events, retailer activations, and other channel-specific initiatives.
  • eAssortment, Bundling & Basket Building: Develop e-assortment and bundling opportunities, including virtual bundles, routine builders, and other digital experiences designed to support basket building.
  • Emerging Channel Coordination: Coordinate the operational components of emerging platforms and services, including TTS, Instacart, Shipt, and DoorDash, as applicable.
  • TTS Business Coordination: Manage TTS business activities, including assortment strategy, sales projections, and vendor and affiliate coordination.
  • Hero Product Strategy: Define and maintain the online Hero product approach, coordinating with Sales and Trade Marketing to support product visibility and performance.
  • Medical Advocacy: Partner with Medical and other internal teams to ensure relevant medical needs are accurately communicated and addressed throughout the retailer ecosystem.
  • Online Performance & Shopper Insights: Work with internal partners to surface themes from shopper reviews and escalate significant customer-service issues for appropriate follow-up.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial Strategy, customer teams, Marketing, Category Development, Medical, CDMO/CDAO, and other relevant teams to align initiatives and

support execution.

  • Omnichannel Activation Coordination: Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Customer Marketing teammates to align plans and execution across online and offline channels, supporting synchronized retailer activations and a consistent shopper experience.
  • Insights & Media Partnership: Partner with Category Development to apply category and shopper insights, and coordinate with Media teams to connect retailer partnerships, digital merchandising, and activation plans with relevant media opportunities.
