Manager - Economics

• Lead development and economics engagements from scoping and work-plan design through analysis, reporting, and presentation
• Take ownership of scope, quality, budget, timelines, risks, and issue resolution
• Conduct economic, sector, market, and development-impact analysis
• Develop economic and financial models
• Lead fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and data collection
• Support business development and proposals
• Oversee divisional planning, reporting, and quality compliance

Required Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, Development Economics, or a closely related field
• Master’s degree in economics or development studies would be and added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in development/economic advisory, or an equivalent industry role
• Experience in management consulting, development or economic advisory, or equivalent industry roles
• Exposure to government, donor, and private-sector assignments
• Experience in macroeconomic, sector, market, development-impact, monitoring and evaluation, or impact-assessment
