Manager, EDT Data Adoption (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, EDT Data Adoption (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead adoption and change management efforts for data products and platforms, helping ensure users understand, embrace, and realize value from key data capabilities. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams to strengthen user engagement, improve enablement, and support successful transitions during platform changes. This position is focused on driving measurable uptake, building self-service confidence, and translating data solutions into practical business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,600 – $225,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and execute adoption and change management programs for data products and platforms
• Develop training, onboarding, and self-service materials for data communities
• Define and track adoption metrics and user engagement
• Identify barriers to adoption and create interventions to improve uptake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align adoption strategies with business priorities
• Facilitate user communities and maintain feedback mechanisms
• Support migration transitions through effective change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data and analytics
• 5 years of experience in adoption, enablement, training, change management, or customer success
• Experience in designing and delivering enablement and adoption programs
• Experience measuring adoption, usage, and value realization
