Role Description The Electrical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan, responsible for overseeing electrical systems. The role involves managing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, supervising electrical teams, and ensuring uninterrupted power distribution in shopping malls, commercial offices, and residential projects. The Electrical Manager will coordinate electrical design reviews, monitor installation and commissioning activities, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, optimizing energy usage, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with project management, facilities, and external contractors. The role also includes budgeting for electrical works, supporting new projects, and continuously improving reliability and safety of all electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of building and infrastructure electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance and Power Distribution, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and load management.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Electrical Design, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and ensuring adherence to national and international standards.
• Candidates should possess experience in managing electrical teams, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing on-site operations in commercial or mixed-use facilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications or licenses are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, energy efficiency practices, and applicable electrical codes in Pakistan.
• Effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or large-scale facilities management will be beneficial.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
