This onsite role sits within a client's Gurgaon campus, delivering hands-on employee experience and onboarding operations as part of PeopleStrong's managed services engagement.
The Role
This is an onsite, execution-focused role covering the complete employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on new-joiner onboarding and induction. You will run the pan-India induction programme, manage new-joiner documentation and records, resolve PF queries through the helpdesk, and oversee ID card issuance while acting as the day-to-day HR advisor and escalation point for the client. You will also lead a team and keep governance and statutory compliance on track.
What You Will Own Employee Onboarding & Experience Operations
Handle the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), with a preference for ownership of the employee onboarding process.
Manager and Run the New Joiner Induction programme across pan India.
¢ Manage documentation of new joiners and maintain accurate records.
¢ Handle the administrative work associated with the New Joiner Induction process.
¢ Manage the PF query resolution process and the associated helpdesk.
¢ Employee Personal file creation and completion
¢ Handle the ID card printing process for new joiners.
¢ Monitor governance and statutory compliance across employee lifecycle processes.
¢ Maintain accurate data points for manual handoffs across the process.
What You Will Own Client & Team Engagement
¢ Interact with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis, acting as their trusted HR advisor.
¢ Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
¢ Handle client escalations day in and day out, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
¢ Invoice processing and payment clearance.

What You Bring
¢ 610 years of experience in HR.
¢ Openness to travel for facilitating induction programmes across locations.
¢ Excellent communication skills.
¢ Comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
¢ Experience managing a high-volume desk.
¢ Working knowledge of HR technology platforms, preferably SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
¢ Strong HR Operations knowledge across the hire-to-retire spectrum.
¢ Experience managing a large team (10+ team members).
¢ Strong data management skills.
