What they need
Qualifications:
- Posses Degree in Engineering.
- Having 10 years of working experience in related field, preferably in Flour Mills Manufacturing.
- Leadership, Managerial, Problem Solving and Communication Skill .
- Posses Technical Knowledge in Industrial Engineering (PLC, Motor, Civil, Electrical, Etc.).
- Working Location in Medan Industrial Estate.
- Willing to work 6 days a week , and available to be contacted anytime for any Emergency issues.
Job Description:
- To manage, organize, and plan the operation of the Engineering Dept.
- To achieve energy efficiency, reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Educate and guide the personnel within the department.
- To troubleshoot any problem related to maintenance with SOP and safety.
- Managing the CMMS Proplant ensures planned maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday
Monday: 08.00–17.00 WIB | Tuesday – Friday: 08.00–16.00 WIB | Saturday: 08.00–12.00 WIB
