What they need
Tugas Utama
Memimpin dan memastikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance mesin, utility, dan fasilitas pendukung di area manufaktur berjalan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai standar perusahaan. Berperan penting dalam menjaga keandalan mesin produksi, efisiensi energi, serta penerapan TPM dan sistem perawatan berbasis data untuk mendukung produktivitas pabrik.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal S1 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro.
- Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di bidang Engineering Maintenance, termasuk 3 tahun sebagai Asst. Manager/Manager.
- Menguasai TPM, reliability engineering, dan sistem CMMS/IoT untuk maintenance.
- Memahami standar ISO 22000, GMP, Halal, dan SMK3.
- Leadership kuat, komunikatif, serta mampu mengelola tim teknis di lingkungan pabrik.
- Kemampuan bahasa inggris-Intermediate level
