Manager – Enterprise Application Consulting (Oracle Cloud)

Company Background: Our client is a top-tier global consulting firm hiring a Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Leadership: Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients, overseeing functional design, delivery quality, and risk management across Finance (Record-to-Report) and Procurement (Source-to-Pay) tracks.
• Strategic Advisory & Business Development: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CPOs, and senior executives to drive process optimization; partner with practice leaders on pre-sales activities, solution design, client pitches, and RFP proposal generation.
• Solution Architecture & Innovation: Guide high-level functional architecture, establish design standards, and drive the adoption of modern capabilities including AI, automation, and advanced analytics into financial and supply chain workflows.
• Team & Capability Management: Mentor and lead distributed functional delivery teams, manage resource allocation, and actively contribute to internal talent development and practice growth.

Requirements

• Consulting Experience: Minimum 6–8+ years of enterprise IT consulting experience with a proven track record of managing full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud (or Oracle Fusion / NetSuite) implementations.
• Functional Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) or Oracle Cloud Procurement / Supply Chain (Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Supplier Portal).
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional C-suite engagement and advisory skills, with a track record of building long-term executive relationships.
• Communication & Mobility: Excellent command of English (written and spoken); professional proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred for Greater Bay Area (GBA) engagements. Flexibility for regional travel as project requirements dictate.
