• Develop and implement enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks to support business objectives.
• Monitor and assess risk exposure across various functions within the organization.

• Prepare and present risk reports to management and relevant committees.

Profile

A successful Manager, ERM should have:

• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise and/or Operational risk management frameworks and practices within Banking & Financial Services or BIG 4 (MUST HAVE).
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
