Manager - Enterprise Risk, Risk Management

Job duties / responsibilities:

1. Compose and consolidate risk analysis reports for Senior Managements

2. Regular communication with Parent Company and overseas offices on risk related items

3. Daily monitor and maintain risk database

4. Lead and coordinate group-level risk projects with other departments

5. Prepare materials for regulators and external rating agencies, banks or regulators

6. Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures

7. Participate on ad hoc projects as assigned, e.g. ESG.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor degree in Risk Management, Finance or Statistics is highly preferable; or working experience in Chinese financial institutions is also preferable.

2. Strong spoken and written skills in Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is required;

3. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

4. Self-motivated, adaptable and accountable

5. At least 5 years’ experience in risk management, enterprise risk
