Manager-Equipment Engineering

Join our production team as a Maintenance Operations Engineer and play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational excellence. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our manufacturing performance.

What will you do?

• Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and minimize operational disruptions
• Analyze maintenance data to identify performance trends and implement improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production methods and resolve technical challenges
