Manager - Equipment Module Sourcing

About The Role As a Manager - Equipment Module Valves, you will lead a team. This team is responsible for the global sourcing, contracting, and commercial management of engineered equipment, valves, and critical supply chain solutions. These solutions support APX nuclear projects. You will shape sourcing strategies for one of the world's most advanced clean energy technologies. You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, project management, quality, operations, and strategic suppliers across the globe.

You will report to the Director, APX Supply Chain Commercial Operations and be located at our Cranberry, PA location. We are requiring a remote schedule with travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Commercial Excellence

• Create category and sourcing strategies that improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), mitigate supply chain risk, and ensure long-term supply continuity.

• Lead bidder identification, supplier qualifications, RFx activities, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and award recommendations.

• Supplier Relationship & Risk Management

• Lead strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) programs with important global suppliers.

• Promote supplier performance improvements through executive business reviews, scorecards, and performance management processes.

• Find and address commercial, operational, geopolitical, capacity, quality, and delivery risks.

• Strategic Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a commercial sourcing team focused on innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Develop global sourcing strategies for complex engineered equipment modules, materials, and services supporting APX projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex negotiations, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, contract development, and supplier selection activities.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
