Manager - ERM

Job Purpose

To assist the ERM and ICAAP leads in review, update and execution of Risk Management frameworks and policies.

Principal Accountabilities

Facilitate the execution of Risk Management frameworks and policies. ▪ Coordinate and assist in identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation of risks across various departments. ▪ Track progress on action items related to Risk Management. ▪ Coordinate with various departments and prepare a consolidated view of risks across identified risk metrices. ▪ Prepare reports and documentation for Senior Management and Board reporting, regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Skills and Knowledge

Educational Qualifications

Qualifications • Degree in business or CA; MBA preferred.

Work Experience

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Risk Management within financial industry (Banks or NBFCs).

• Knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO Risk Management Framework.

• Ability to facilitate discussions on risk identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

• High level of commitment to quality work product, organizational ethics and integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
