Manager - ERP & SB Implementation

The Manager – ERP & SB Implementation is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end implementation, deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP and SB systems for the company and its clients.

The position serves as the primary project lead between clients, management, consultants, developers, accounting/finance teams, operations teams, and external system vendors. The Manager ensures that implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in accordance with agreed business requirements and quality standards.

The role is also responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, translating business requirements into system solutions, overseeing data migration and testing, managing user training, and ensuring successful adoption of the implemented systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Preferably with 5 years or more experience in ERP implementation, business systems implementation, project management, or related functions.

· Experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects is highly preferred.

· Experience in an outsourcing, BPO, shared services, accounting services, or professional services environment is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Finance and Accounting, HR, Payroll, Operations, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Reporting.

· Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, QuickBooks, or other comparable ERP systems is preferred.

· Experience in system integration, data migration, UAT, system configuration, and implementation support.

· Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
