Manager - ETL Data Integration. At Fresh Gravity, you'll play a key role in shaping how our clients move, transform, and trust their data. As a Manager in our ETL Data Integration practice, you'll design robust data pipelines and lead integration initiatives that power smarter decisions across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica IICS and PowerCenter

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reliable ETL solutions

• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and long-term reliability

• Lead data migration, integration, and transformation efforts across multiple source systems

• Troubleshoot complex ETL issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Guide integration initiatives leveraging Snowflake for advanced analytics use cases, while mentoring and supporting junior developers

  Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in ETL development and data integration

• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IICS and PowerCenter

• Proven experience with Snowflake for data pipelines, integration, and performance tuning

• Solid grasp of data warehousing, migration, and integration concepts, with strong SQL and relational database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in global delivery environments

  Nice to have

• Exposure to MDM platforms such as Semarchy, Reltio, or Informatica MDM

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and modern integration tools

• Experience in the pharma or life sciences domain
