Manager - ETP

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager - ETP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and treatment plants, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and other wastewater treatment facilities.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead a team of professionals in plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ETP operations with other business units.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ETP operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing ETP operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with process control systems, monitoring equipment, and data analysis software.
