Manager, Executive Compensation

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Executive Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee the administration of executive compensation programs and help shape pay decisions that align with business strategy and governance requirements. The position partners closely with HR and senior leadership on role grading, market analysis, and committee-ready materials that support informed decision-making. It will also play a key part in managing compensation planning processes and administering an employee stock purchase plan within a global organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer executive compensation programs
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on role grading and pay recommendations
• Develop materials for Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings
• Research executive compensation market trends using financial documents
• Oversee participation in third-party market surveys
• Support administration of global compensation planning processes
• Monitor and administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of executive compensation experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 7 years of experience
• 1+ years of executive compensation consulting experience preferred
• Certified Executive Compensation Professional from World at Work preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced data manipulation and Excel skills
