Manager, Experiences Retail Store Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Experiences Retail Store Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $205,000 – $343,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the store operations strategy for the company House and other retail locations
• Design and maintain operational models including processes and standards for daily routines and inventory management
• Identify and address operational gaps through direct engagement and data analysis
• Own and track the efficacy of the loss prevention strategy and operational performance metrics
• Act as a bridge between HQ strategy and on-floor execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Lead planning and execution for new venue openings, including staffing and training
• Travel to support openings, training, and operational assessments across retail touchpoints

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail operations experience, including strategic and field execution
• Hands-on experience with retail technology systems (e.g., POS, RFID)
• Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
• Data-driven with experience in KPI frameworks and operational reporting
• Skilled in writing and implementing scalable SOPs
• Effective communicator at all levels, from senior leadership to hourly Crew
• Experience in leading new store or venue openings
