JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
• Manage and oversee all works routine related to the maintenance of the buildings including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Compressor, Vacuums, Dryer, Cooling Tower, Road, Parking, Gardening and safety equipment
• Manage Factory Maintenance Checklist. Assign tasks to Team Member
• Establish Schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services identify resource needs,
• Review needs with appropriate managements staff, allocate resource accordingly
• Facility Maintenance budget, submit budget recommendations, monitor expenditures, prepare cost estimation, submit justifications.
• Develop and organize preventive maintenance and safety inspections programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Keeps building safe by make sure they meets building code requirements
• Responding appropriately to emergency/breakdown/urgent issue as they arise
• Undertake Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil works that in our means, to save cost
