Manager Facilities

• Lead and manage overall facilities operations for residential towers, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking, and common area management.
• Develop, manage, and monitor service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery as per agreed standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene at all retail outlets, and upkeep of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, recreational spaces, and other common facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of all building systems and services.
• Supervise security operations, access control systems, and implementation of safety protocols for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Address resident and retail shop concerns and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present monthly operational reports, maintenance updates, and performance reviews to Management.
• Prepare utility recovery reports, aging analysis, and collection status updates for Management review.
• Lead, train, and develop facility management teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate effective response plans.
• Recommend improvements to enhance facility standards, operational efficiency, and resident experience.
• Manage end-to-end utility billing and recovery processes for residential units and commercial shops.
• Manage issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for residents and commercial shop owners as per company policies and approval procedures.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Pay: From Rs130,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• in a managerial role: 3 years (Preferred)
• facilities management: 8 years (Required)
