Manager, Facilities Operations (Project Mgmt, HDB) – Tengah ~

Duration: 1 + 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Tengah Plantation Plaza

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) (May be required to work beyond 6pm and during weekends when necessary, only during peak period)

Job Duties

·         Manage a team including managing, tracking, attending to Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues inside HDB dwelling units (DUs).

·         Take the lead in attending to high profile and sensitive cases; and ensure quick resolution and customers’ inconvenience is minimized.

·         Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, agencies and ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues

·         Able to use various IT systems tools, MS Office applications and data to streamline and resolve issues and administration

·         Continuously strive to create a high-performance team, based on solid, ethical fundamentals and develop a culture of excellence.

·         Manage, track and analyse budgets, forecasting, scenario planning, allocation, and optimization for the business unit

·         Facilitate communication and negotiation with stakeholders and project cohort, including preparing regular reports

Requirements

·         At least a degree with 6 to 8 years of project management or operations experience

·         Strong project management experience with the ability to effectively manage the team, time, multi-task and prioritise tasks.

·         Effective communication skills – both written and oral with good command of English language and in one other language due to job nature.

·         A tactical and strategic thinker who can work independently, results oriented and attentive to details

·         Energetic, collaborative, and proactive; a team player and leader who can positively impact strategic and operational initiatives

·         Strong time management and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing priorities, conditions, and copes well with complexity and change

·         Must be willing to work on weekends and after office hours (if required)
