Manager, Facilities Services

Lead and manage the Facilities Management team, ensuring the effective operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems. Drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and client satisfaction across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead the planning and delivery of integrated facilities management services, with a focus on MEP systems.

·        Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime.

·        Oversee the operation and maintenance of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, water, and other building services systems.

·        Lead and supervise Facilities Team.

·        Conduct asset condition assessments, root cause analysis, and implement improvement and lifecycle replacement plans.

·        Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, procurement, and vendor performance to achieve operational and cost efficiencies.

·        Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, workplace safety requirements, and quality management systems.

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams on maintenance, upgrading, A&A works, and project execution.

·        Drive energy management, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

·        Support business development, tender submissions, technical consultancy, and contract renewals.

Requirements

·        Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

·        Minimum 6 years of experience in Facilities Management or MEP maintenance,

·        Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).

·        Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, contracts, and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
