Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
• Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis best practices to team members.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on budgeting, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis), or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
• Proficiency in creating detailed budgets using tools such as Excel or specialized software like [insert tool names].
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
