Manager F&A

-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including
-ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded
-reviewing journal entries
-Prepares & reviews Financial forecasts, Budgeting & MIS
-Account balance reconciliations
-Report preparation
-Finalization of company s financials as per applicable laws
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Actively
review and advise on financial/accounting processes
-Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

Audits & other Administration

-Co-ordination with Internal and Statutory auditors to ensure effectively and timely audits
-Debtors management
-Vendors management
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
--Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent frauds

Taxation

-Co-ordination with tax team to ensure all statutory compliances
-Payments of GST, TDS, PF, Professional tax, MLWFs.
-Timely submission of various statements & documents.
-Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents

Data Management & Budgeting

-Preparation of budgets, cash flows, MIS etc.
