About the role

Manager Finance & Accounting for a manufacturing company responsible for controlling production costs, preparing financial reports, overseeing inventory and costing, managing cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, tax oversight, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and providing financial analysis to management.

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years as Supervisor or Manager
• Must have experience in Manufacturing or Construction companies
• Experience handling Cost Accounting, Production Costing, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing Cost Analysis
• Understanding of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Standard Cost and Variance Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Inventory and Stock Control, Fixed Asset Management, and Financial Reporting
• Understanding of production flow: Raw Material, Work in Process (WIP), Finished Goods
• Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM), Production Planning, and Overhead Cost Manufacturing
• ERP System capability
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Strategic Thinking, and Communication skills
