Manager - Field Force Analytics

Job Description Summary

-Explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations
-Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's. -Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value.
-Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of proven analytics based projects.
-Provide analytics support to Sandoz internal customers

Job Description

Position Purpose:

• The team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence Sandoz Field Force worldwide.
• Facilitate insights enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.
• Contribute to broader teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.
• Enable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.

Your key responsibilities:

Your Key responsibilities that limited to:

• Manage and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service
  • Field Force Execution KPI design and tracking
  • Field Performance excellence (processing granular performance data to be used in variety of process within SFE and Incentives)
• Designs and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to
  • Data ETL platforms (SQL, Alteryx,Databricks, etc.)
  • Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc)
  • Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)
  • AI tools for next gen, complex and automated data processing (Genie, Co-pilot, etc.)
  • Reporting and visualization platforms (viz PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Oversee and mentor other team members on functional, technical, project management and stakeholder engagement
• Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
• Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc
• Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization
• Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events

What you will bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Experience (5+ years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
