Manager - Field Sales

Objective

To create, improve, and sustain operational and field execution processes aimed at driving growth in digital lending products, while also managing field sales performance to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.

Key Resposnsibilties

A. Field Sales Team Management

• Lead and manage the Field Sales team responsible for customer acquisition through on-ground efforts (high-risk, drop-offs, or unresponsive leads).
• Define and monitor KPIs, incentive structures, and daily sales tracking to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Drive on-ground discipline, productivity, and adherence to compliance guidelines by the field force.
• Plan and execute field sales strategies to improve end-to-end conversions.
• Ensure robust performance reporting and MIS for field operations; use data insights to course-correct and scale initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between telesales/digital channels and field force for lead management and feedback integration.

B. People & Reporting

• Manage a team of process/operations executives and field supervisors.
• Guide and develop team capabilities through structured reviews, feedback, and training interventions.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards using MS Excel (and other internal tools) for senior management reviews**.**
