Key Responsibilities/Deliverables

• Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products

• Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business

• Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs

• Improving the Effectiveness Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc) inculcating safety culture within Team partners to ensure zero accidents

• Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input

  Functional Competencies

• Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear IA products

• Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc. . )

• Working knowledge of MS office

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred

• Inter personnel Skill

• Presentation skill

• Communication skill

  Critical Skills Required

• Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgears along with IA products, good communication skills to handle customers (Internal External), Electrical Safety

  Educational Qualification

• Diploma/ B. E/ B. Tech - Electrical
