Manager, Finance & Administration

About the role

Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise work for the accountant. You will report to the CFO stationed in Shanghai and coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretarial teams for a group of companies in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations
• Supervise and review work for the accountant
• Generate payment from SUN into HSBCnet twice a month
• Prepare and review monthly reports to different stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax consultant and company secretarial for the group of companies in HK
• Provide relevant information and schedules to auditors and tax consultant to perform annual audit and tax filing for the group of companies in HK
• HR, administrative and ad-hoc duties when required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years relative experience
• Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting software SUN and VisionXL
• Familiar with PC knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• HR and Company secretarial experience will be an advantage
