Manager Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial records, effective financial controls, timely reporting, and proper coordination with management, banks, auditors, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, company expenses, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure timely preparation of bank reconciliations and financial statements.
• Review and authorize payment requests, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor company bank accounts and coordinate with banks regarding financial matters.
• Ensure timely processing of salaries, employee benefits, and other financial payments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls and procedures.
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Analyze financial data and provide management with insights for business decisions.
• Monitor departmental expenses and investigate significant variances against budgets.
• Ensure proper authorization and documentation before disbursement of company funds.
• Support management in financial planning, cost control, and investment decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and business information.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial finance/accounting role.
• ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
